Please be sure to visit a travel clinic before Thursday, and state that you’re going to Punta Cana — they’ll know what to give you.

As far as how much cash to bring – the airport there will charge on the way in and out for customs, and you’ll need to give tips. Long story short, we strongly advise that you bring a bare minimum of $300 in US dollars to cover all of it. Small denominations is suggested, for ease of tipping at the destination.

In terms of attire, please bring a few “semi formal” sort of outfits — ie. long pants and button shirts — for the special dinners we are booking at the non-buffet restaurants.

Be sure that you check your luggage weight according to the restrictions stated in re itinerary you were given! 5kg for carry-on and 20kg for checked luggage. It’s very strictly monitored!

See you Friday morning at 3:00am at the Sunwing line up for checking in! The Sunwing desk is in Terminal 1 of Pearson International Airport. The flight takes off at 6:30, and they require check-in to occur 3 hours in advance.
